Study visit to hydrogen facilities
June 21 – 24.2022

Hydrogen 2022

Honorary Patronage

Ladies and Gentlemen,

the Hydrogen 2022 study trip for hydrogen infrastructure to Germany is behind us. It was an extremely intense, but also valuable time in terms of knowledge and experience gained. Together, we could get acquainted with the most modern solutions operating in the German hydrogen economy chain.

Undoubtedly, the renewable energy sector is the answer to the questions posed by the energy transformation related to decarbonisation. There is a lot of work ahead of us, but I am sure that the positive effects will quickly reward us.

At this point, I would like to thank the Honorary Patrons, whose support and commitment made it possible to organize a high-level off-site seminar – the Ministry of Climate and Environment, Government Plenipotentiary for the Hydrogen Economy, Krzysztof Kubów, Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Cezary Przybylski and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Warsaw.

I am convinced that the substantive knowledge acquired during the trip and the business contacts established will pay off in the form of new organizational solutions and infrastructural hydrogen projects in Poland and will become a bridgehead for the development and optimization of the entire energy sector in our country.

Best regards
Remigiusz Nowakowski
President of the Board of DISE

An important part of our activities is the knowledge transfer in the field of renewable energy and following up on projects implementing the latest technology. The hydrogen infrastructure trip to Germany in June 2022 is another DISE initiative making these goals a reality. During the event, participants were introduced to state-of-the-art solutions operating in the German hydrogen economy chain. It was not only an impressive dose of factual knowledge, but also a practical dimension of how progressive energy infrastructure works. As part of the visit, we visited the headquarters of companies that are implementing hydrogen solutions, such as Enertrag, Linde and Siemens Energy. It was a valuable experience, not least in terms of broadening our network and inspiring us to take even bolder decisions towards the development of the renewable energy sector.
