1. The administrator of your personal data is Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies (PL: Dolno\u015bl\u0105ski Instytut Studi\u00f3w Energetycznych) with its office in Wroc\u0142aw at al. Kasztanowa 3a-5, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. The Administrator shall perform your data processing operations regarding your:<\/p>\n

  • name and surname;<\/li>\n
  • place of employment;<\/li>\n
  • occupational position;<\/li>\n
  • the employer\u2019s office address;<\/li>\n
  • e-mail;<\/li>\n
  • phone number;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Your data shall be processed in order to: issue accounting documents, include you on the list of participants for the 9th Energy Congress, prepare ID badges for the participants of the 9th Energy Congress, send the information related to the 9th Energy Congress. Your personal data shall not be made available to other parties, apart from the data included in the accounting documents, which shall be transferred to the accounting office providing services for the Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies, based on the entrustment agreement and except for the following data: First name; Name; Position; Company name; which will be sent to the printer performing the ID badges.<\/p>\n

    3. The basis for processing your personal data is your consent.<\/p>\n

    4. Providing personal data is necessary to participate in the 9th Energy Congress.<\/p>\n

    5. You are entitled to:<\/p>\n

    • request to the Administrator to access your personal data, to correct it, delete it or restrict its processing,<\/li>\n
    • object to this sort of data processing,<\/li>\n
    • transfer the data,<\/li>\n
    • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,<\/li>\n
    • revoke the consent to process your personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      6. Your personal data shall not be subject to any automated individual decision-making process, including profiling.<\/p>\n

      7.
